We are a family run business and have been established for over 30 years. Our experience in the repair and servicing of domestic appliances is second to none. We specialise in the repair and maintenance of washing machines, electric cookers, electric ovens and tumble driers from all the main manufacturers. Stuart Domestics was first established in 1977.
The business has grown due mainly to recommendations. We pride ourselves on giving honest opinions and a service to the customer which is as good, if not better, than the original manufacturers and at a fraction of the cost. We offer a same day/next day service throughout the week and our aim is to get to you as quickly as possible at a time that is convenient to you.
We carry a large stock of quality spare parts on our vehicles for all the main manufacturers and aim to fix your appliance wherever possible on the first visit. If a part should need to be ordered we hold accounts with all the main distributors and would normally have your appliance fixed within a couple of days.
Although we are still a family owned and run business, we pride ourselves on being prompt, courteous and above all professional at all times. We would like to think that once you have experienced our service you won’t go anywhere else.

Andy Stuart (Director)
Andy joined the company 30 years ago after serving as a weapons engineer in The Royal Navy. His background and qualifications are in electronics and electrical engineering. Andy took over the running of the company when his father eventually retired.
With a very “hands on” approach to business, Andy takes care of the day to day running of the company and has personally dealt with most of our customers at some point over the last 30 years.
